Probably so and I'm in the same congressional district. But I bet there are many other FEMA facilities between Alabama and the west coast. I'm curious about the rationale for moving some of them 2,000 miles across country to a facility.
I think they are running out of options, probably. Casa Mesa said no, filed an injunction and the judge ruled in the city’s favor.
