Depends on the time of year. More of Alabama would be hotter and more humid in the summer, I would think.
Alabama will not be hotter and more humid until well beyond any quarantine period mentioned for those infected. And I'm sure the patients will be kept in temperature and humidity controlled accommodations wherever they are. Alabama won't be hot until some time in May or June.
