Over time, probably.

Enzyme treatment might kill it in septic system. Over the course of several months, IF you contract it and shed, it would probably be broken down in the septic system.

Just don’t bleach your septic system :) One of my city cousins moved to the country and poured bleach (and drain cleaner!) down their pipes that ran into the septic system. surprise surprise, septic system’s don’t grok that stuff LOL. Very expensive learning experience for said city cousin. We even TOLD him it was a bad idea before he did it. He did it anyways because we’re just stupid country kin. LOL. No, we haven’t let him live it down yet. First question we have for him when we have family reunion is ‘how’s the septic system working out?’.
