Reading the article I guess they have pre-identified hospital near by to treat anyone who becomes seriously ill. Maybe that hospital is nearby that location.

Correction: Depending on the type of bleach, an acid plus bleach can create chlorine gas. Might or might not get hydrogen depending on the type of acid. I assume the original question referred to chlorine based bleach - there are even acid based bleaches.

PH of a septic tank should be neutral. 6.5 - 7.5.
You don’t really have to add Rid-X or whatever after pumping, if the PH is ok once the tank refills: the “good bugs” should repopulate naturally, quickly. If the PH is not ok, the treatment probably gets “killed” too. Rid-X is most helpful if the septic system is marginally inadequate for the load placed on it. One of my wife’s friends likes to throw big parties, and her husband dumps in some Rid-X earlier that day. I’ve been occasionally putting some of the stuff that is geared toward eating paper in the lines @ my Mom’s, as she uses “craploads” of toilet tissue. Seems to help.

15. Think of an iceberg. With #COVID19, it's easy to see the deaths/serious cases. But people with mild illness don't go to hospital/don't get tested. Studies have to be done to find them. We need a clearer picture. If the data exist, share. If they don't, generate them.
The identified hospitals wouldn’t be in the immediate are as Anniston has a population of around 24,000 and several thousand more in surrounding towns. Any large, specialized hospitals would have to be in Birmingham or Atlanta, or other larger cities.
I looked at the FEMA facility on Google Earth and it is located at former Fort McClellan, an Army base that was closed during the big base closings around 1999. So the facility is on a large former Army base that does have many buildings and a lot of area that’s probably underutilized.

I wonder if any of the Covidians released from quarantine in San Antonio decided to spend a few days there to see the Alamo, visit the famed Riverwalk, take a drive to Fredericksburg, see the sites since they were in TX, and might not get here again.
