And yet they cross state lines. Obviously no one asked an attorney.

When the buses cross State borders, have the buses pull over at the Weigh Station. Everyone get off the bus, go through an ICE checkpoint, and then board the bus again. Problem solved.

I get the feeling this is a poorly written article. I seriously doubt the policy applies to border crossings. It must be away from the border. As much as I loath illegals, stopping or delaying a bus or any vehicle for a search without a warrant is not constitutional. This is not the third Reich, where we should submit to orders to show papers without probable cause of a crime.

Very doubtful grayDog can enforce this policy. ( background they do a lot of business in Mexican traffic in USA-/ and in Mexico proper

There are or at least used to be Border Patrol checkpoints on highways dozens of miles north of the Mexican border. All traffic had to stop and an agent would look to see who was in your car. I assume if they didn’t like what they saw, they could and would pull you over for further discussion. Pretty sure the Greyhound Bus Company had to let agents on board.
I recall there being one on I-15 before you got to Temecula and one on I-5 near Camp Pendleton. Are they no longer in operation?

We are pleased to see Greyhound clearly communicate that it does not consent to racial profiling and harassment on its buses,...
Get the #### out of here.
If they have reason to believe an illegal is on the bus, pull it over and search it.
These people Already broke the law. Not suspected of it.
Snowflakes worried about offending sound like the same old republican b.tches that we are sick of.
Thank God Trump isn’t one of them.

Read the Constitution. If I am on that bus, the government is delaying me and searching me illegally. I am a citizen. I am not a subject. I will not obey unconstitutional orders. Catch the illegals at the border. Don’t take my liberties away to correct an inadequate job done at the border.

You ok with feds stopping you and searching your vehicle without evidence of a crime or warrant?
To: hanamizu
You can have checkpoints 100 miles in from any port or border, aka most of the populated areas of the Unnited States.
