Last year I attended a briefing from the Phoenix PD's human trafficking team explaining how people are moved about and trafficked. Intercity buses are a prime method of moving trafficked people around the country. At the appropriate stop, the trafficked individual is met and taken away by his or her handler.
So yes, Greyhound is a tool used by traffickers.

I would think its the same for Amtrack or the new $5 type mega-bus companies (look where those operate). Maybe a little harder for airlines.
