Yes, I have Cox Cable internet... seems to be blocking FR for more than a week now for all computers.
Cell phones on wi-fi signal at home are also blocked, but immediately load FR when switched to cellular signal only.
Had that happen recently. FR was the only one affected. I finally rebooted modem/router and it came back. Don't know why it did that.
