If, as it seems, 14 days is insufficient for some it is insufficient for all. Unless you mean for those not infected, in which case zero days is enough.

While most of the cases have developed within 14 days of exposure, there are outliers that get sick after that.
Therefore the 14 days is insufficient to allow for the outliers-which is only SOME of the people.
That would of course necessitate that all people be quarantined for a longer period.

Hal claimed that there were 1000 actual cases that were being concealed. That link doesn’t say anything about near that many active cases—it just tells the large amount of self quarantined.
In the past, Hal has claimed things which later turned out to be false, so I always like to see a second source about anything he reports-otherwise huge grains of salt.
When was that massive group dinner they had? Was that for the new year?

Actually it does matter, since in fact he was not a US citizen of any kind, total foreigner, and a liar. Needs to be made public, and then prosecution.
