Barr was stupid in making that remark. He basically FORCED Trump to keep tweeting. Did he think that Trump was publicly going to give in to one of his underlings?
There is only one other possibility. When Barr made that remark the Rats were after him and calling for his removal. Maybe he and Trump got together and played one on the Rats by making them think that Barr was on their side.
I haven’t heard anything from the Dems since then about wanting Barr removed.
