It might have been foresight based on experience gained from the Travis/Miramar group, and the history of one or more test negatives before positive on the DP. It would have been negligent not to prepare for people to become ill during such a long flight. I think on the continuation flight to Lackland, two or three felt ill, but turned out they are ok?
