I never said Pence is “Loyal to Trump,” though he may be at this point.

And Pompeo is certainly NOT A NEOCON. Whoever said that is badly misinformed. Pompeo clashed with the actual neocon, John Bolton, and Pompeo was instrumental in reducing U.S. military presence in Syria as well as couselling restraint in U.S. dealings with N.K. and Iran—both decidedly NOT NEOCON positions.
