Early voting one can vote at any precinct in your county of registration. Since this is technically a caucus I think the same rules apply. This is driven by two things: Dems strong GOTV program(The Reps in the state suck at that). AND The Bernie Boys outrageous intimidation tactics at the caucuses in 2016.
