I have enough room to place a camper away from the house with septic tank, power and water. Also internet access.
Drop food off at the fence line for infected family member. Set up a decontamination area (with real beach) if someone needs to take care of the sick.
Set up a burn pit to get rid of infected items like used gloves, mask and etc.

If you look at that video linked earlier, row after row of houses are contaminated. Condemned. You need a virus filter on all air inputs if you live in a crowded suburb like in So Cal. Those contaminated homes will be sitting there for awhile.
