I agree. If the hospitals are that overwhelmed they are simply pushing people through.
In a city of 11 million how many heart attacks, appendixes, and kidney failures do the have every day? It has to be in the hundreds...if not more.
It’s a mess. And there is no one standing there with a clipboard counting.
I am no fan of the government, but my heart breaks for the folks in the middle of this.
Mine too, the doctors and nurses are probably focused right now on saving lives while managing not losing theirs. It is a war zone. No one has time to count.
