Probably true in a viral-saturated environment like an ER in WaHoo or whatever you call it lol. But in an ordinary environment, mask effectiveness would be much longer.
Similar issue with mask or goggle fit -- much more critical in saturated environment than casual surroundings.
Two kinds of mask out there. Cheap ones are solid material. They last a few hours at best due to moisture. The more expensive masks have a small plastic addition that according to the container, allow 5 days use in normal environment. Both rated N95.
