Where did she get infected?

The cruise ship was at sea for two weeks. I understand none of the passengers tested positive for Coronavirus before they got off the ship.

Possibilities:

She's a second outlier that didn't develop symptoms or even shed virus in 14 days after getting infected. (unlikely but possible)
She got infected in Cambodia after getting off the ship and developed symptoms by the time she got to Malaysia. Implying Cambodia has an unrecognized problem. (Most likely in my opinion.)
She got infected on the flight to Malaysia. (also likely. Are they disinfecting the planes? Was there an infected passenger on board?)
She got infected in Malaysia. Singapore next door has a problem. Why doesn't Malaysia? But has she been in Malaysia long enough for symptoms to manifest?

Where did she get infected?

She was only off the ship for one day when she suddenly had symptoms and tested positive. It's almost certain she was infected on the ship, or in the last port, Hong Kong. According to what we know from CDC, the minimum incubation period is 3 days.

Only 20 out of some 1500 passengers were tested for COVID-19, so who knows how many more cases there are. The 1500 passengers have disembarked, and are now in various stages of finding their way back home.

I'm sure the Prime Minister of Cambodia is a little nervous, as he was hugging passengers as they disembarked yesterday.
