Not sure what you drive, but on my Nissan if you touch the end of the fob to the start button, even with no battery in the fob, it will start.
But you can’t lock the doors :((
You may want to leave the doors unlocked. If someone with the virus goes through the parking lot checking for unlocked cars, he’ll take yours so you’re free after he’s contaminated the ones left in the parking lot.
