I wonder if there's something I could 3-D print that comes only from China.

I have no clue about 3-D printing stuff. DH works with all kinds of parts for plumbing, electric, tools and parts and on and on and the ones made in China which are often all that is available are total junk. Even drill bits. Use once and toss.
