I didn't see phrases that caught my eye in the text you provided so I checked another site and found two excerpts:
"... the president indirectly authorizes the national security adviser (Harris Yulin) and a CIA deputy director (Henry Czerny) to conduct covert retributions ...."
"With help from hackers and other techies at Langley, Ryan realizes that his superiors and maybe even the president are not only abusing their powers but endangering the lives of innocents....."
Then I went back to your link at the top for this clip:
“The members of Congress agree to keep the whole affair secret..."
SO yes, that does make sense to me. :) ThankQ for pushing beyond the definition for more meaning - much appreciated.

Here is the current SCOTUS decision about limiting speech, for those who did not click the above link, and money quote first:
“the constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action”.

Brandenburg
For two decades after the Dennis decision, free speech issues related to advocacy of violence were decided using balancing tests such as the one initially articulated in Dennis.[29] In 1969, the court established stronger protections for speech in the landmark case Brandenburg v. Ohio, which held that “the constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action”.[30][31] Brandenburg is now the standard applied by the Court to free speech issues related to advocacy of violence.[32]

I notice the snip uses the phrase “do not permit a State”. Seems there has to be a federal law about limiting free speech in times of “clear and present danger”, as limiting the 6 corporation owned media outlets are not localized into a state, and anything that Q seems to be referring to would be a fed matter, applied in all states. What do you (or anyone else) think about all this?
Thanks for validating my impulse!
It seems if you strip out the Colombian drug lord stuff and replace it with what we know happened to threaten the US, the plot makes sense. Trump authorizes covert operations against the forces aligned against the US.
So many enemies aligned against the US - democrats, Soros, media, etc.
Yes. I think that will fly!
Agent Jack Ryan (Harrison Ford) becomes acting deputy director of the CIA when Admiral Greer (James Earl Jones) is diagnosed with cancer. When an American businessman, and friend of the president, is murdered on a yacht, Ryan starts discovering links between the man and drug dealers. As CIA agent John Clark (Willem Dafoe) is sent to Colombia to kill drug kingpins in retaliation, Ryan must fight through multiple cover-ups to figure out what happened and who's responsible.
If we are right, prepare to be Q'd!
OO OO -
Now I want “Geronimo”.
The movie summary lists this as the plot...
This is the third film based on Tom Clancy's high-tech espionage potboilers starring CIA deputy director Jack Ryan. Harrison Ford, returning to the Ryan role after his first go-round in 1992's Patriot Games, is assigned to a delicate anti-drug investigation after a close friend of the President (a Reaganesque Donald Moffat) is murdered by a Colombian drug cartel. When Ryan discovers that the President's wealthy friend was in league with the cartel, the President's devious national security adviser (Harris Yulin) and an ambitious CIA deputy director (Henry Czerny) send a secret paramilitary force into Colombia to wipe out the drug lords. The force is captured and then abandoned by the President's lackeys. It falls to Ryan to enter Colombia and rescue them, aided only by a renegade operative named Clark (Willem Dafoe), with both his life and career on the line. ~ Don Kaye, Rovi
President in this case was Obama.
Devious CIA director, Oh, we know who!
National Security advisor for Zero was Susan Rice.
Renegade Operative assisting Ryan?? Flynn??
The notion that you did anything but destroy this nations economy is beyond hilarious. Those jobs are never coming back. Whats he going to do, wave a magic wand? Yes, @realDonaldTrump did exactly that. Your only sad legacy was your blatant lies about ObamaCare. https://t.co/1vCePXZ3tv— James Woods (@RealJamesWoods) February 17, 2020

I actually went a different direction with it. I think this exposes Obama who authorized FISAGATE, among MANY other attempts to destroy POTUS. I'll modify the quotes a tad to show what I mean.
President Obama indirectly authorized the corrupt Intel forces, including FBI and CIA deputy director to conduct covert investigations/FRAME UP of Donald Trump and most of the people supporting Trump. (ransomnote: remember the President's Daily Briefings?)
With help from hackers and other techies at NSA, Admiral Rogers realizes that his superiors and maybe even the president are not only abusing their powers but endangering the lives of innocents....
He clearly cant yet say some things but he comes about this (——>| |<———) close to saying some things I just cant wait for normies to hear. Some of the most exciting things that are said aren’t spoken at all.
Yes! I was getting there too in my next post. I agree with you.

I'm pretty sure that the "undisclosed person" who was unjustly investigated is Israeli billionaire Beny Steinmetz, for all the reasons previously stated in my earlier post #920. Dershowitz has been handling Steinmetz's criminal defense from the beginning.
Interesting that they're finally going public.

Did you hear the latest con job? President Obama is now trying to take credit for the Economic Boom taking place under the Trump Administration. He had the WEAKEST recovery since the Great Depression, despite Zero Fed Rate & MASSIVE quantitative easing. NOW, best jobs numbers....— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 17, 2020
....ever. Had to rebuild our military, which was totally depleted. Fed Rate UP, taxes and regulations WAY DOWN. If Dems won in 2016, the USA would be in big economic (Depression?) & military trouble right now. THE BEST IS YET TO COME. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) February 17, 2020
