My guess is that Biden has five or six close advisers, and half of them are 70 years old or more, and one of them got into a discussion about the movie, and Biden remembered the line.

Unfortunately, his advisor would have to be over 80 and saw the movie and remembered it when he was 10 yrs old. Hmmm, must’ve been Hillary or Nancy Pelosi.
