Don't know if it's true but it makes sense when you take into account that the Chinese have been destroying pigs with the swine flu and now the chickens because of the re-emergence of the bird flu. As a result it has made food scarce and expensive.
It's a perfect storm.

A couple of years ago, I think, a Frank Plummer from Canada was in Africa doing some lab work and he was assassinated there and the theory was that ‘they’ had to shut him down, he was getting to close to the truth...
I am later going to research this guy and see what pops up, if anyone has time, go for it...I do believe now that it is ‘bio warfare’ and with the locust in Africa, Bird Flu, the people coming back from China with a bag of dead baby birds in their suitcase...and this morning it was announced that there is an ‘unidentified’ Brazilian flu...
