DId anyone actually claim it was “illegal”?
Many have suggested it was worth looking into. The President is supposed to deliver the State of the Union to both Houses of Congress. Pelosi's copy isn't just one of 535, but is THE copy for the House, which is why Trump gave it to her personally. That makes it an official government record.
