The Chinese see South Korean entertainment as being obscene, immoral...

The K-pop music scene maybe and some of the action films maybe...but otherwise. No. There's such a lvoely innocence to K-dramas and other films.

And nothing is as nearly obscene as the Chinese (and North Korean) governments' day to day conduct. Just saying.

What they mean by “obscene and immoral” is Korean cinema’s relentless depiction of government and company officials as deceitful and power hungry. Hits too close to home for the CCP.

It was funny to see the reactions at a university, after American men called Chinese women “sexy,” flirted with them or asked them for an American style date. ;D
