Then why haven't we "quarantined" everywhere in the USA with flu outbreaks? Many children have died from the flu in the USA this year -- dozens -- not to mention adults in huge numbers.

According to data from Johns Hopkins, it appears the death rate overall for this one is over 20% and in Wuhan it is about 1/3.

That is NOT a normal flue.
