I can't take it anymore !
Or maybe I CAN, but I can't be silent anymore.
We seem to have travelled from "So", to "Well, I mean ... " and the only reason (imo) for that is;
NO ONE SPOKE UP AGAINST THE VERY BAD ENGLISH PROMOTED EVERY DAY IN EVERY MEDIA SOURCE .... (except re-runs of William F. Buckley Jr.).
"Well, I mean .... " as an opening remark Is SO
it boggles the 1950's public schooled mind !
HOW can you begin a sentence that has no preface with an explanation of something you said before you said nothing ?
OK ... This may disappear .... but it shouldn't.
We The Peaople that can actually READ the Declaration of Independence had better stand up and demand it be spoken properly in America .... or Rex Harrison will be proven correct.
Why can't The English learn to speak

I hate “at the end of the day.”
So trite and petty a phrase.

Sentences beginning with I mean... and Like... have become pervasive in millennial speak these days.

I am. But then, I taught Latin for 23 years; I cant help it.
P.S. Please avoid beginning a sentence with Hopefully. Otherwise, you fail.

You’re watching the wrong shows. Or speaking to the wrong people.

Huh. Usually, the problem is that a third or so of our population is speaking bad Spanish instead of bad English.
Some people just have to have something to gripe about.
