Biden is punching up, not down. There is a reason why dems billionaire investors/donors are picking Buttmunch and not Biden.
Biden's use is over because the impeachment fiasco is over. Joe was the catalyst for impeachment, that is all he is useful for, now Biden is a liability.

As I have noted several times elsewhere, Biden has adopted the posture of the combative defender of the working man and champion of the underdog, etc etc ad nauseam. Hence the poking of people in the chest, yammering about meeting him out back of the gym, pushup contests, F15s attacking innocent American civilians, Etc.
Of course he is a meaningless weasel of the first order but if he wins the nomination, he will run as the “scrappy underdog” himself as the article well states. Meanwhile, expect more phoney pugnacity from the fading puncher as he goes down swinging.
