Sen. Lindsey Graham said President Trump was within his rights to fire Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman from the National Security Council last week.
"I think his reassignment was justified. I don't think he could be effective at the NSC," Graham said Sunday on CBS's Face the Nation. "As much as I support our military people telling the truth when asked — it's important they do — what have I learned in the last two years?"

Vindman lied about Trump demanding an investigation. He made it up as the transcript showed.
Somebody ask Lindsay if voting for amnesty for 30 million illegal aliens and a permanent Democrat majority was justified THREE times.
I’m pretty sure Lindsay should be elbow deep in scheduling hearings, dropping subpoenas, and all that other stuff he’s told us he’s going to do for the last 6 FREEPING MONTHS!

Justification for firing the two is not even in question. They are NOT approved by congress nor are they elected officials. They work for the executive branch and at the pleasure of the president.
No justification is needed, period. He can fire any one of them for any reason or give no reason at all.
Most of these non-elected appointees should have been thrown out on inauguration day to include the JCS and their deputies. Anyone touched by the Kenyan or Hillary should be considered untrustworthy.
Booting him out of the military with an OTH discharge would be justified. Simply removing him from the White House is nothing.
LTC Vindman reported his concerns to his (CoC) Chain of Command, then voiced them to at least two others who did not have a “need to know”.
Slam dunk security violation, should face court martial. The lack of action due to security by his CoC and Joint Chiefs of Staff is suspicious.
Execute, don’t just oust
The man can’t be trusted, something that his fellow students at Ranger School learned about him years ago.
When you say “execute,” that just means to do something. If you mean Vindman should be put to death, you should just say it.
linda, time to get off your ass and begin some of the many, many investigations you've promised the American people. Get going linda. The election is coming and time's a wasting.

Vindman told the Ukrainian government not to pay attention to Trump. That’s insubordination, and could be justification for court martial. Getting moved to another job is a very light sentence.
