Yes...and recall the Chicoms were going to build a hospital in 10 days...showed a photo with lots of earth moving equipment...looked like constructing a mass grave....or a big crematorium.

The advanced planning needed to build a hospital in 10 days is considerable, not to mention the sourcing and collection of the materials.

This would indicate to me that they had foreknowledge that a new hospital would suddenly be needed.
