That’s the thing - the cruise lines are just now starting to go beyond the ‘official’ warnings/advisories...but it’s too late, as the ship off of Japan shows. They are likely to be covered legally...but that’s only 20% of the game. The other 80% is future bookings, and THEY ARE HOSED in that area.

Even if they are “covered” by lawsuits, the legal costs to litigate them could run in the tens of millions, if not more. But yeah this will cause many of them to lose a HUGE amount of their business in 2020 and beyond.
