I smoked them and I inhaled.

Used recovery from cancer surgery to quit them. That was 14 years ago.

No, it wasn't lung cancer. But I kept thinking of a bumper sticker I saw somewhere: Cancer Cures Smoking. That helped me stay the course.

Recovering from surgery pretty much killed my desire for nicotine. By the time I was recovered, I was over the worst of the withdrawal period.

I have read that nicotine intake (via cigars in Rush's case) can help any cancer to grow. True or not? But I have read this.
