RGB passes and Democrats claim Trump cannot appoint a new member to SCOTUS in an election year.
... and that even when re-elected Trump cannot nominate justices to SCOTUS because he was impeached (ignoring that he was subsequently acquitted). This won't work ... but you can bet the farm the Democrat/Left Party will try it!
