Romney's religion came up most often in his 2012 campaign when the people here campaigning for him brought it up and tried to defend his record as Governor of Massachusetts by attempting to insist that the people recounting his record actually hated him for his religion. Me, I oppose his socialism.

Good point, in a way. It isn’t that his religion is Mormon. It’s that his real religion is liberalism.
