I’ve really enjoyed this actor in the PBS “Victoria” series as Foreign Secretary Lord Palmerston.

Me too. Palmerston is a jerk who you love to keep watching. Like JR Ewing was.

He’s been in a lot of programs and I like him more now.

He does steal the show at times. Compelling portrayal of an unusual, very political man.

The real life Palmerston was an older man in the 1850s but arguably it's better theater to have a younger actor play the role.

Fox is the son of actor James Fox and related to other British showbiz celebs.
