If she was on the off-traffic side, maybe not visible she was in distress. Being NC, if someone spotted it, they would have stopped.

This was not NJ or NYC after all.

Shame on any male motorist that did not stop to help this woman.

I wouldn't have wanted my wife to stop and attempt to assist this woman in changing her tire - it's too dangerous.

Of course, after she crushed her hands, this lady should have been helped.
