I'm sure I am leaving some out. Then there was the Paul Shanklin creations which were wonderful but were song parodies, not the actual songs.
Years ago, Rush was asked in an interview if he had ever done a gag that he thought even he had gone too far. He said yes. He briefly has an AIDS Update theme of Dionne Warwick singing "I know I'll Never Love This Way Again". Brilliant but, yeah, a little too cruel.

The “Moderate” Update...”We Just Disagree” by Dave Mason. I actually believe Mason called in and told Rush he thought it was hilarious he was using the song.
I love the “God Bless You Rush Limbaugh” sung by the opera singer.
