Thanks for tracking down that quote. (Hey, I wasn't that far off.)

Her reference to Febrary 4th could be innocuous as it's the day after the Iowa caucuses and a Dem leader should have emerged . . . or it could be a veiled reference to her throwing Iowa into total disarray so she can step in to "save the day."

Hillary's evil that way.
