If I recall correctly, the Chiefs had the 26th rated defense against the rush. Facing the number 2 rushing offense that practices ball control, I think this gives San Francisco an edge. Of course we are not taking into account officiating which has been suspect of late, so who knows?

True.

But for running backs from the line of scrimmage the 9ers had the best rushing offense in the NFL.

Lamar Jackson scrambles barely put Baltimore over the top for #1.

The 49s have the best offensive, and best defensive lines in football.

Bar none.

Both sides of the ball.

I despise officials who say “just let them play” as much as I despise plate umpires who have their own strike zones, regardless of what the rules say. People don’t pay that kind of money to watch crappy officiating.
