Why would the LOCK DOWN an entire city with more people than NYC if they
were really bent on pushing them out of the country?

They knew how bad the virus was but did not
allow WHO to get virus samples or study the situation so they could issue a world wide emergency alert which
would Stop all travel to and from China.
The Commies STALLED for weeks allowing Millions to flee to the
West for Medical care ,
Chinese nationals were caught taking meds to suppress there
body temperature to avoid detection .
The DM had a article about a group of Chinese discussing taking the drugs in a Japanese terminal they were overhead snd passenger blow them to authorities .
The Chinese party wanted and let its infected residents race to the West for Care. And the sick did like these two who raced to Australia.
