Help the USPO get rid of the lazy delivery PERSONS.
Only use UPS or FEDEX.
Thats what I do.
The USPO persons are a bunch of lazy government employees that think we the public owe them.
I wish it was that easy, many places (like amazon) don’t let you pick.
it’s not the driver, he’d been ignoring the rule for some time I guess. they told him they would fire him if he didn’t stop going up peoples driveways and backing out.
the R on the gear shift is NOT to be used I guess.
My family orders a lot of stuff off the interwebs, because it's so far to the nearest small town that doesn't have much shopping anyway. Package delivery since Christmas has been all post office, except for one express delivery from FEDEX, for some Apple hardware.
Wished I could, but neither UPS nor FEDEX recognize my address, which was legally assigned by the US Post Office and the local police can find it.
Personally I think a lot of the delivery problems are caused by delivery companies using Google earth to find addresses. That is fine along as you know when the photograph your looking at was taken.
We have the craziest mail delivery system I’ve ever had in any city or state. The mailman can be here at 8 AM or at 7 PM. The other day I saw a mail truck come by and stop at my mailbox at 9 AM. I had mail I wanted to go out but don’t put it out overnight. In an hour, I saw another mail truck come by and stopped at my mailbox. I do not believe they work for the post office - I believe they are contract drivers with PO trucks. Never the same driver.
People are having a terrible time in our city with envelopes being torn open, contents taken out and then the envelopes are part of the mail delivered to their street mailboxes. The powers that be say “they’re on it” but that remains to be seen. You don’t dare mail anything that looks like a greeting card as those may contain checks/cash or gift cards and I guess those are torn open just to see what may be inside.
I don’t think the PO can even pin it down to happening IN THE PO or in the mail truck on delivery or even at pick up!
I have valentines to send to grandchildren so I think I’ll follow your advice - just pick up the mailing envelopes for Fed Ex and go from there. Thanks...
They aren’t lazy, it is management making these decisions. But glad to know that you know ever government employee and that you know that they are all lazy. Bet you think you are the hardest worker there ever was. And don’t give me the crap that government workers are worse than private sector. Take your rear into just about any business and there are sorry people. One bad apple doesn’t run the whole bushel.
