I sure do sympathize.

We're in the middle of a rural road in WV. County considers it to be unimproved so it's all but impassable 4-6 months of the year without 4wd and good tires. About two miles to the paved road.

Our mailbox is on the paved road, but about 200' from the intersection. 75% of the time, it works fine, but with sub drivers its a crapshoot.

I also order a lot of car parts online. Considered a p.o.box but was told they can't accept ups or fedex packages.

Ive since made friends with the purchasing dept at work and they let me ship everything there. Haven't tried shipping tires there yet😀

There is an Amazon drop box an hour away now, so I have a backup if I need it.

I can't even have ups or fedex hold at the depot as they're onky open weekdays with limited hours. I can't get there without taking time off work.

It would be a heckuva lot easier if you could still choose your delivery carrier. Big reason I use Rockauto even when Amazon is cheaper and faster.

The rock has been getting a lot of money from me since this happened..

3500 bucks in the past 2 months.

but they stopped sending me magnets.. what gives..

would I rather pay 7 bucks for fedex over 4 for usps? hell yes if I don’t have to waste my time running to a post office 3 towns over and burning my own fuel. No one is paying me for that, but it seems I am paying them to deliver.
