They aren’t lazy, it is management making these decisions. But glad to know that you know ever government employee and that you know that they are all lazy. Most of them are lazy. AND bigmouth bad apples just like you.

My driveway is almost a quarter-mile long and they drop off too-large packages at the door. At least they have so far.

it also seems the rules are not consistent.
