It was in a County-operated cafeteria—1972, in rap-type “music”.I remember reading that at an annual meeting meeting of Time Warner Communications, they were discussing their rap label business. Then Charlton Heston stood up and started reading some of the lyrics. They quickly moved on to the next topic.
