If Biden doesn’t win Iowa, and then starts dropping in other states, it wont matter how far down in the polls that he drops, he is still going to NEED to remain as a candidate all the way up to the convention. The second he is no longer a candidate, he can’t claim that efforts to reveal his corruption are political anymore. He is in survival/panic mode
