Ukraine is an advanced Judeo-Christain society albeit corrupt and poor. They have arts, education and industry, it is no where near at the low level of sub Saharan African country. You are misinformed.
Ukriane makes jet engines and aircraft. They make the LARGEST aircraft in the world. No sub Saharan African country does that.
