Complications like infections, bleeding, perforated bladders, uterus or peritoneal cavities fall on US, the family practitioners, and suck it up.
I lost count of how many complications I dealt with, many requiring blood and platelet transfusions - one girl required four units of packed red blood cells, THAT was a fun one - and I still do in day to day practice.
It’s why ANY reasonable, SANE observer would say that YES, clinical oversight by JCAHO and ADMITTING privileges for DOCTORS (don’t let NPs or PAs do this to human beings, please, for the love of G-D) should be BASIC, fundamental requirements for abortion factories.
Not that I’m biased in any way shape or form, but as a practicing physician of three decades, I’ve seen stuff I wish I never had, saved lives, stirred pots, and can’t get over 89% of the stuff I see day to day with malprescribing - wrong meds, unnecessary antibiotics, missed radiological diagnoses BY RADIOLOGISTS, lack of oversight and worse - having a hard time justifying board recertification and licensing after I retire in two years.

It’s an invasive surgical procedure... an NP or PA doing a DNC is insane.. that’s literally the equivalent of thr back alley abortions the left always talks about.
Regardless of where someone is politically on the topic, any state that allows that is certifiable, and cares NOTHING about women.
