Lenin’s Bolshevik Party started out as a faction in the Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party. So Lenin is basically saying that his Marxist party is Marxist. That doesn’t necessarily apply to today’s Social Democratic parties, most of which are working inside the capitalist system. Democratic socialism is something else and may not exist or be possible or work.

Social democratic parties work inside the “capitalist system” in order to establish the “state capital” mentioned in the fifth plank of communism:
Centralization of credit in the hands of the state by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
How far away is our own Fed from such a thing? It was enacted by a POTUS (Wilson) who described “socialism and democracy” as ”one and the same”, and looked upon totalitarian seizure of control of the federal government to respond to the imaginary threat of “corporations” as a public good.

Also, as I noted in Post #12, it has always been the communists talking up “democracy” the loudest.
