Seems pretty excessive. Whatever happened to “there is no “I” in “team”?
Kobe was an excellent basketball player as far as a TEAM player not so much!! Frankly I thought he was VERY self centered on the NBA however his work AFTER the NBA changed my mind towards him!!! Kobe did a HELL of a lot in time AND money for kids in ghetto communities he went above and beyond most as far as these kids are concerned!!! He also did ALL of this work and giving to these kids VERY QUIETLY no fan fare, no media, just quietly!!! He GAVE hundreds of kids full boat financially to college, he has set up tutoring in these communities to help these kids with their USELESS schools AND of course endless sports programs to keep them off the streets with gangs!!! He had become a SUPERIOR husband and father AFTER NBA after retiring Kobe became a TRUE roll model for men in the black community!!!!

24 hours to mourn is ENOUGH. What’s pathetic is I saw Dwayne Wade CRYING ON VIDEO to show how much he misses KB.
