short answer is YES. (Up at 2am). I need to work at getting on a sleep awake schedule. Don’t have issues except in the winter. Shutting down the brain is key. Also melatonin helps.

Don’t have issues except in the winter.

If posible, make an effort to spend more time outdoors during daylight hours. Otherwise, see a dermatologist about phototherapy. Just a few minutes per week helps sleep and mood.

That’s my problem. Four or five hours is normal. Am thrilled if I can hit six.

That didn’t work for me but apparently camomile tea with milk and honey knocks me right out.
