If I ran a website dependent on the participation of the users? I would be a lot more flexible and grant a lot more leeway, and not have a lot of silly rules. But that’s just me

Has nothing to do with respect. You are being inconsistent. You obviously do not believe that the word “bitching“ is an unacceptable word, because you felt comfortable using it in a post. However, you also did not feel you could spell out the entire word , as you had to censor your self. This indicates to me that you have a problem with FR rules and with the admins. Come on. Admit it.
