Yeah - she clearly says “Knickers” and it is very obvious. She just doesn’t know the difference between her basketball teams from LA to NY.
She's from NY. Her Catholic HS that she graduated from is about a mile down the road from me.
She was probably a Knicks fan growing up and is now out in LA covering the Lakers.
If you cross Knicks and Lakers, you get Knickers, which could sound like the N word.
